How do I activate my Pigeon account?

Learn about account activation with our payment processing partner, Stripe.

Activating your account enables you to move money with your friends and family through our technology. To activate your account on Pigeon you will need to log in and go through a simple verification process with us. To verify your information we've partnered with a company called Stripe, and they enable us to allow you to safely and securely move money anywhere you need it to go; feel free to read more about Stripe here.

To activate your Pigeon account, you will first need to navigate to your Profile dashboard. If you haven't activated your account already, you should see in your profile a panel that says Enable Online Payments or Activate Your Account, feel free to click that button to get started.

On the next page, we'll walk you through a step-by-step verification process asking you for more information about who you are and what financial accounts you would like to use with us.

Behind the scenes, we will do all the hard work of linking your Pigeon account to your financial accounts, all you have to do is follow the instructions on your screen.

After you've submitted the requested information, we'll review it and unlock your ability to make bank and card transactions through our app!
