Why is the start date of my loan one day earlier than expected?
Why is the start date of my loan one day earlier than expected?

Due dates and start dates are sometimes different than expected due to timezone differences.

Since we're a global platform it's hard to make sure everyone is on the timezone and dates line up as expected. So when starting your loan the first payment due date may be a bit different than expected.

We start all of our loans using the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) format. So most of the time, due to timezone differences, we record a slightly earlier loan start date and subsequent payment due date to accommodate everyone.

If you wish to change the payment due date on your loan, at any time the Lender of your loan can alter it by clicking the pencil icon next to the due date.
